Are you tired of your annoying 1999-2007 GMT800 steering column rattle and/or clunk? Solve it once and for all with our ultimate steering column upgrade kit, which features the precision machined sealed bearing upgrade from Wolff Engineering and Borgeson's upgraded heavy duty intermediate shaft. The OEM column bushing is plastic and is prone to breakage and wear which results in a sloppy steering feel and noisy column. This upgraded design restores like new steering feel and will last a lifetime. I run this on my personal truck and it has been one of the best upgrades I have made.Â
DOES NOT fit applications which use a steering position sensor. Borgeson shaft fits 1999-2007 full size GM trucks only.

From Wolff Engineering:
Wolff Engineering GM109SS Lower Steering Column Cartridge Bearing for GM columns with 2" jacket and 1" shaft. This cartridge bearing is designed around a precision, sealed deep-groove radial ball bearing. The cartridge body is constructed of acetal and is fitted with two Buna-N o-rings to insure a snug fit into the column jacket. The center hub is CNC turned from stainless steel and has four stainless steel set screws that engage the steering shaft. This arrangement produces a precise fit with zero radial play.

The GM109SS column bearing arrives as a kit and includes the following items:
