The PDS 228/242 positive displacement supercharger LS camshaft is designed for street performance applications in vehicles using 5.3L, 6.0L, and 6.2L LS engines equipped with positive-displacement style superchargers.
The PDS 228/242 Supercharger Camshaft will have a mild performance idle and improved power through the mid-range and upper RPM. This camshaft will perform best in a vehicle with headers, free flowing performance exhaust and increased stall speed torque converter. Valve spring and pushrod upgrade are required.
Supercharger series cams are designed with Cam Motion's renowned smooth cam lobe design that provides quiet valve train operation and excellent upper rpm stability.
