PAIR of Chevrolet Performance Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) Head Gaskets for LS1/LS6 engines.
Head gasket kit for 2002 and newer LS1/LS6 engines. New design steel shim gasket for 5.7L engines. Each gasket is interchangeable and will fit either side. Approximate compressed thickness is 0.051" Two per package.
Note: These head gaskets cannot be used with early style (98-01) LS1 heads which feature the "notch" on the deck. Some 99-00 truck cylinder heads had this notch as well (some, but not all 862 castings). If that notch is present on the deck of the cylinder head, these head gaskets cannot be used.
